*All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

*All tickets are general admission and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Any unclaimed tickets will be released to the general queue at the start of the concert, subject to availability. Patrons hoping to attend are welcome to wait in line, though entry is not guaranteed.

• 2:00 PM - Venue Opens
• 2:30 PM -  Auditorium lobby and Ticket Table opens. 
• 3:00 PM - Concert hall doors open for sponsors, donors, honorary community members, and audience members needing special assistance to enter the hall early to select their seats.  
• 3:15 PM - Concert hall doors open for all other ticket holders.  
• 3:30 PM - The concert will begin and has a run time of 2 hours minutes including a brief intermission when resetting the stage between ensembles.
